Aether Intelligence Inc. seeks a technical-minded Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge technology solutions and our clients’ needs. The Sales Engineer will be instrumental in understanding customer requirements, demonstrating the value of our products and services, and tailoring solutions to meet their business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Liaise with product managers and development teams to provide feedback from client interactions.
- Prepare detailed product specifications to determine system requirements.
- Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and interface with both technical and non-technical clients.
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Convey customer requirements to product management teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar role in technical sales or service.
- Deep understanding of our technology and product offerings.
- Ability to discuss technical aspects with a variety of audiences.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Willingness to travel.
